Last Updated: May 21, 2026

At GPAC Global LLC, we understand how important business data, system security, and customer privacy are. We continuously work to keep GPAC Software cloud ERP services secure, stable, and reliable for our customers.

GPAC® Software uses practical security measures, controlled user access, monitoring systems, backup procedures, and modern cloud technologies to help protect customer information and support reliable SaaS operations.

1. SaaS Infrastructure Security

GPAC Software uses cloud-based infrastructure and security-focused technologies to support stable and reliable SaaS services.

Security measures may include:

  • SSL/HTTPS secure connections
  • User role and permission controls
  • Firewall and server protection
  • Login activity monitoring
  • Session management
  • Backup and recovery procedures
  • Controlled administrative access
  • Cloud server monitoring
  • Regular system updates and security review

2. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, login access, user permissions, and activities performed under their accounts.

For better account security, we recommend:

  • Using strong and unique passwords
  • Avoiding password sharing
  • Updating passwords regularly
  • Restricting unauthorized user access
  • Using secure devices and trusted internet connections
  • Immediately removing access for inactive or former employees

For security purposes, GPAC Software may temporarily restrict access after multiple failed login attempts, suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, or potential security risks.

3. Data Privacy and GDPR Principles

At GPAC Global LLC, we understand the importance of customer privacy and business data protection.

Customers retain ownership and control of their business data stored within GPAC Software systems.

GPAC Global LLC does not sell customer ERP, accounting, payroll, inventory, CRM, HRM, or business data to third parties for advertising or resale purposes.

We work to follow practical international privacy and data protection practices, including GDPR principles where applicable.

For support, implementation, maintenance, migration, or troubleshooting purposes, customers may voluntarily provide temporary access or necessary business information to authorized GPAC support personnel through official support channels.

Customers are encouraged to use secure communication methods and avoid sharing confidential information with unauthorized persons or unofficial channels.

4. Data Protection

Access to customer information is limited to authorized personnel only when necessary for technical support, implementation, maintenance, billing, legal obligations, security review, or operational requirements.

We continuously work to improve system monitoring, operational security, access control, backup practices, and service reliability to help protect customer information and cloud service environments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the system is lawful, accurate, authorized, and compliant with applicable business, tax, accounting, employment, and data protection requirements.

5. Backup and Service Availability

GPAC Software performs regular monitoring and reasonable backup procedures to support service continuity and reliability.

However, service interruptions may occasionally occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Internet or network issues
  • Power disruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Cloud hosting provider issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Uncontrollable external events or force majeure

While we work to provide stable and secure SaaS services, uninterrupted availability, completely error-free operation, or permanent access without interruption cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Fraud and Security Awareness

GPAC Global LLC and GPAC Software never request passwords, OTP codes, full payment card details, or confidential account credentials through unofficial communication channels.

Customers should avoid sharing confidential information with unauthorized persons and should immediately report suspicious activities, unauthorized access attempts, phishing messages, or unusual account activity.

7. Customer Security Responsibilities

To maintain a secure SaaS environment, customers are responsible for:

  • Managing user roles and access permissions properly
  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • Using secure devices, browsers, and internet connections
  • Reviewing user access periodically
  • Reporting suspicious activity promptly
  • Ensuring internal staff use the system responsibly
